The LPFM-ANT1 is a circularly polarized antenna designed to improve the signal quality received by mobile listeners.  This is an improvement over a gain antenna which may require several to be installed to notice an improvement in signal strength at a stationary location.  Also rapid fading noticed by mobile listeners when listening to a station transmitting via a vertical antenna will be greatly reduced when the transmitter is equipped with a circularly polarized antenna.

The LPFM-ANT1 must be ordered tuned to frequency.  It is not readily adjustable by the end user.  CELCOM can tune this antenna to any frequency between 88 MHz and 108 MHz.  All hardware is stainless steel, and the elements are epoxy powder coated copper.  The antenna is DC grounded providing great lightning protection for your transmitter and comes with an integral balun.
